Thanksgiving 2015 was the worse year for me. My sons were involved in a serious car accident that left my youngest batting serious injuries. My eldest suffered bumps and bruises, but for the most part was OK, and recovered quickly.
It’s been six months since the accident and I’m happy to report that he’s made a full recovery. For details on the accident, please refer to my blog post “A thankless Thanksgiving.”
During the first six weeks of my son’s accident, I shifted from one emotion to another. Some days I was angry and resentful, others I was hopeful and full of joy with his progress. I didn’t take the time to care for myself because initially, he required 24-hour care. I had no desire to do much other than getting my son on his feet once again, and that’s why I haven’t posted on my blog for so long. My creativity was shut.
I’m back to writing again and I’m thinking of starting a series of video tutorials on YouTube. The videos will vary from products reviews and advice aimed to make life easier.
